w950i Not loading

I have a w950i it contains a inbuilt memory 4gb.Now i switch it on but it shows the loading bar and after some time automatically restarts.How to resolve this case? I update my phones software too.I think the memory is corrupt.Can anybody tell how to correct it please very urgent.

If you think the memory card is corrupt, you can format the memory card, preferably with a card reader on your PC.Otherwise, if you think there's a problem with the phone, then you can do a Master reset.Whatever you decide to do, please remember to back up all your data beforehand.

sir i check this i open the phone but it is contains only the internal 4gb memory i cant able to remove it. it soldered inside.

so pls say how to format the media card when the phone is in off state.

Connect it up to your PC via PC suite and check whether the phone is charging.There is a "phone repair" option if you click on the Help tab of the PC suite page.Follow the instructions.Hope this helps.

First of all, take the battery out, wait for a few minutes,replace the battery and try to restart your phone.What happens?

I added a photo did u see that? when i switch on the phone it just stills like that. But i found the reason for not loading.Its just because of some error in the inbuilt 4gb memory.And my phone not detected in pc suite is there any chance when my phone in off state..Please come to gtalk messenger am online there my id is [email protected]
