I bought a phone Sony Z-2 and I was surprised that there was no such service is available by phone with it's Samsung, which he considered less efficient than Sony ... I am very sad for this.
I wish I could solve this problem as soon as possible where it's available on Other mobile .
Please support 3G native video calling asap and give me a software updates. I am already using this feature on my Samsung s2 so i must to have another mobile for this service .

I had a samsung G3 but it was a bit too big. After buying a sony Z3 compact i wish i had stayed with Samsung. I dont want to use 3rd party apps. I liked samsungs video call ability.

You just select someones phone number...push viedo... and it cals them. Wow. simple. dont need to get them to sign up or register etc. I am selling my z3 on ebay and going back to samsung.

How hard is it to listen to your consumers. In areas of poor internet speeds 3G video is better. Not all of us are hipsters. Some of us are adults that dont need to belong to the herd.

If any rep is even reading this would be great to see a reply. Considering how good this z3 compact is.. No native video call is a big fail. ALL SAMSUNG with front camera has this feature in dialpad. We have this in Australia. I use this every dad to see my kids. I sell mobile phones for a living and guess what I'll be telling my customers!! I'll be sure not to buy another Xperia until this is addressed.

Having 3rd party video app installed it's a security risk, also your info and contact can be shared or sold to 3rd party, if Samsung can do it why not Sony, it's ridiculous how much customer pays for the phone, yet in 21St century can't make a simple video call, without 3rd party installation. No excuse, if Sony doesn't want my business I'm free to go to another party who conform to customers wants and needs, ie; Samsung...
