Text messages not sending to some recipients

Hi there, I'm having issues with text messaging. They send to most people but with my partner (who has an iPhone) half of them don't send. Any advice appreciated please

You can't send them or they can't receive them?

Bit of both uliwooly. Sometimes they'll send and come through, but most of the time they don't

Are they sending you regular messages or are they using imessage?

which app are you using? the issue it's only with iPhones?
