Sorry for my English. Greetings. I bought the Xperia Z phone with Amazon. That phone has malfunction. It does not recognize the USB connector, then you can not charge the battery, can not connect to PC. I need your help because the phone is covered by warranty. I ask you to inform me what is the procedure to repair o if exist other solution
Does the notification LED turn on? If it does then you are probably missing the drivers in your PC to do so you have to install either PC Companion or SUS > restart your PC > disable your firewall and/or antivirus > run PCC/SUS > follow the steps.
If the notification LED does NOT turn on then does your PC has 2.0 or 3.0 USB ports?
