z ultra lockscreen camera not working

Need help. I have brand new z ultra and suddenly, lockscreen camera not working. When swiping having the crossed camera sign. Restarted a couple of times and changed to different camera modes, still not help. What a crap!

Strange! Try to clear data for lockscreen under settings > apps > all > lockscreen. Clear data. Restart your phone by press and hold the power button and the volume down until the phone vibrates.  

If the problem persists you can try to clear data for Xperia Home. Note that the homescreen will be reset when you do this.

Didn't work!.
What's the difference between restart with only powr button and pwr button+vol down?
I tried both.
Now I lost my home screen.

In this case please try running an update/repair:

1. Download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
6. Continue
7. Accept data removal
8. Next
9. Wait for prepare
10. Select Phone
11. Follow the connection steps
