Yep UK 1275-3114 also on list but fails in SUS and Companion tried all sorts but to no avail...some kind of time frame would be helpful and not just 'working on it' how long does it take to apply the correction to each SI group?  At least then we could approximate when to try I suspect the server will fall next as everyone attempts to download after the fix is applied. COME ON SONY your losing reputation by the hour!

can't agree more. i'm in HK and having the same problem. this is my first Sony phone and definitely the last.  very disappointed with Sony.  i expect an official response from Sony for this.

Having the same problem here in germany with my device.

This is just one of a dozen or problems. For Christs sake what are you guys from Sony doing over there?

My device had the yellow tint problem, usb connection problems and now not even an update is possible?! Neithet with PC Companion, nor with Update Service or browser update. What are Sony programers doing all the time?!?!? You guys should get some programers form the PS3 team...

Oh by the way I just installed the new update for the PS3 and it worked like a charm...

Same in Poland, shame on Sony - what I can say? No enough server juice? Not prepared for this few thousands users? Why can Apple send their updates to millions?!?! And what you are doing? Making us stupid and asking to update SEUS? SEUS is crashing on ALL computers
