my phones Touch screen has become unresponsive suddenly, any suggestions to rectify that?

Hi, my sony xperia m touch screen suddenly become unresponsive. Tried to boot it in safe mode, no diffrerence. Any advice? phone is a months old

Try a software repair:

PC companion can't acces my phone because the screen is blocked. And guess what: I can't unblock it since I can't draw the pattern I chose because the touch screen is not working.

What do I do?

Send to nearest service center for repair.

You could get a USB OTG cable and connect a mouse to unlock the screen.

Man, I had no idea I could do that!! I'll give it a shot! Then I'll tell you what happened. But as for I've read, I think an update or SW repair is not going to work. Either way I'll try it!

Of course,you can give it a shot.Maybe you can backup some of your important stuff.
