Re-download movies. Z2 tablet.

I downloaded the free movies on my sd card. One day, my Z2 can not access the sd card. I have to reformat it. Now, on my account, I still own these movie but how can I download them again?

Hi joe60,

You can contact Sony Entertainment Network "SonyEntertainment.UK@eu.sony.com" or the equivalent email in your country and they should be able to reset the download and movies and allow you to re-download them again.

Also try the Sony Media Go desktop application which when you sign in with your Sony Entertainment Network Account it should display your movies tied to your account and you can download them to PC and/or transfer them to your Xperia mobile.

Though I think if the movies are still tied to your SEN account you should be able to access them from your phone via the Sony Movies app
