bought this phone a few weeks ago on o2 pay as you go.  however i have a virgin contract and want to use this sim in it . does anyone know how to get it unlocked have locked on net and spoke with o2.  they only unlock iphone x

You mean open the phone back panel to see/use/replace/remove the sim?

no i mean to unlock the actual phone so it will accept sims for diffrent networks as it is blocked to o2 at moment

Hello, 02 should provide you with an unlocking code for the handset. I would suggest going on to the 02 website and speaking to someone over the live chat system they have and ask them for an Unlocking Code for an X10 mini pro.

I was on the o2 live chat yesterday and was informed that they only unlock iphones so this doesnt really help me at all .
