Hi all,
I just upgraded to 4.3 and tried to download new themes by going to Settings - Personalisation - Themes and then tapping the +.
Was directed to Sony Select but the error msg popped up saying 'No network connection'. This despite me being tapped onto Wifi. Same error occurs even in LTE connection. My data connection is fine, no problem with other apps like Facebook, twitter, browser etc.
Anyone else experiencing same prob and how to solve it? Is it a prob with Sony server or do I have to factory reset / repair my phone? The new themes are the main reason for my upgrade so to not be able to access Sony Select to d/l it is quite a bummer
I checked using my sister's Z1. She has not updated to 4.3 but is able to access Sony Select. I hope the problem with 4.3 is resolved soon. Sony, please look into it!!
This **bleep**, BIG TIME.
They dont even have a message up stating wether the system is under goin maintenance and no one from SONY has responded.
I have the same problem. I am using Xperia Z.
Wonder if anyone has confirmed that Sony is working on this?
The sony select is not working even though i am still on 4.2.2. I guss its their server problem
All i get is a ble screen

I have Xperia Z, just got updated to 4.3. After update i tried to add camera apps(new in 4.3) , which further launches Sony Select.
I am connected to my home wi-fi, but it says "No network connection. Please try again later." (inside Sony Select app)
tried using my 3G connection but got same prompt "No network connection. Please try again later."
While doing the two above steps my phone was connected to internet as i was able to access play store as well as facebook.
Then i tried to launch Sony Select directly from menu(first with wi-fi then with 3G connected), got same result "No network connection. Please try again later"
this time also play store
