UI issue

I am using Xperia Z1 from past 7 months, its really a good smart phone from Sony.  Its was very good on Jelly bean 4.3, after updation to kitkat with latest version .737, I am facing issue with UI, whenever use the phone for 5 minute, it will hang and UI does not response to the touch, Example when I want to open google map application it opens youtube application which is next to google map on the UI screen, this happens to all the application, I need to switch off on on to resume to normal UI for another 5 minutes it repeats, same UI issue while using keyboard before and after updating to the latest version of keyboard.

Repaired 3 times through PCC and also 3 times through SUS, tried rebooted, force started safe mode, but the problem remains.

Overheating, long time to charge, low volume persists as others customers facing with their phones.

Hope Sony responds to these bugs with new software update asap.

Thanks for your concern, my xperia z1 model no is C6902 with latest filmware .757

UI issue and keyboard issue what I was facing was due to the third party application, once I removed it the UI issue resolved, but the bugs like overheating, low sound more charging time persist.

When I install third party application from web (not from Google play ) phone says that the application is harmful but still I installed as it is necessary for me, becasue of that I was facing UI and keyboard issue, after uninstalling it my phone is perfect.

And I really appreciate your method of charging to overcome and resolve the overheating and other few bugs.  Can you suggest me for my phone model C6902.
