missing apps after update

I just bought the xperia Z in hong kong,when I get home there is a new update and I installed it,after installed the update,many apps missing including setting,all google apps like mail,google +,google maps,what happen

and my phone do not have any data signal,not even 2G,I migrate the sim from my iphone 4s,its working perfectly,why?

Strange,I suggest you repair with SUS:

If the phone has Chinese firmware then these will be blocked - you could try what Alex has suggested but if it has chinese firmware then the end result will be the same - Your only option then is to manually flash a different country's firmware

 I had try with a Hong Kong sim card which it have 3G services,the phone also didn't show that it have 3G signal,can it be the phone mulfuntion?

How can I backup my phone before I sent it to check other than using the backup apps,because after the upgrade it is missing,I want to backup my phone before I sent it for checking

2. When installed, start PC Companion on the computer.
3. Connect your phone to the computer using a USB cable.
4. Click Start under Backup & Restore.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
