trying to pay for repair..

Its not been a week today of trying to pay for repair on my mobile device to get a new screen fitted. I called AGAIN to be helped and told i can not pay over the phone and has to be on the website...... Even though I have a number of times explained the website is not showing me the options to pay (tried 3 browsers). Now told it can take another 3-5 days for a reply from support on ways of which i can pay. REALLY!!! This is poor and should i now even been paying for repair?? Should be free or discounted at least. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, you need to contact your local support team if you have sent the phone to a service center via the Xperia Care function and experience issues with it. These cases are handled by the local support and nothing that we can assist you with at the community.

i am also trying to find out how you pay for a repair i have tried everywhere and i cannot find out how to pay i too got told you cannot pay over the phone just on the website HELP ME
