Lost my Xperia Z and the thief turned off the phone, what to do?

Hi,

My phone got stolen a view days ago, when ifound out i immidialy called my number but

i got my own voicemail so he or she turned it off. What can i do?

I had it for ony 1 month

If its turned off or if the person have removed your SIM card you won't be able to trace it using your phone number.

If you have registered and activated myXperia in the phone you can try to locate it using the service https://myxperia.sonymobile.com/.

But if your Google account has been removed or the phone reseted I suggest that you contact the police to report this and check if they may be able to to help you.

If the phone was turned off, will myxperia still be able to locate it and play the sound?
