transfering playlists

Hello

I’m having problems adding playlists to my phone. I’ve made the playlists in media go but when I transfer them onto my phone the music is no longer in playlists just one big library. I’ve also tried searching m3u in my documents to find the playlists then dragging and dropping them onto the phone, this only added an empty playlist without the music!!

If anyone could be of help it would be greatly appreciated its driving me mad!!!

You are not alone. I am unable to delete the empty playlists on my phone. I tried unchecking the playlists in MediaGo and syncing the phone, but that did not work. I hope someone can help us with this matter.
