Xperia T call problem

Hi

When I make a phone call the receiver cannot hear me and visa versa, if I put the phone on loudspeaker the phone works perfectly well.  It has been tested on the diagonistics and everything works, it has had a new microphone fitted can anyone please offer any help.

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Do you have anything plugged into the microphone plug? I find I have the same problem when I have a stylus plugged into it.  Don't know why it should happen  - it's only plastic after all - but still...!
