Touch screen Problem in phone while charging

While Charigin my phone's TouchScreen is not working properly. Even for unlocking my phone I have to remove my phone from charging.
Can somebody suggest what is the problem??

This happened to my phone too. Almost impossible to do anything while the phone charges. On the other hand, floating touch works fine during charging, so there. another use for floating touch.

Have you tried charging the phone from another wall socket or via the PC to see if this issue persists. I would also suggest trying another charger/usb cable with the phone.

I tried it on two PCs and sockets even in a hotel I had the problem. I have the problem when the phone is lying flat on a table, like on power (only not so bad but the right down edge is not usable, and there is the delete button).

I have already tried those.

My phone is just 6 months old and I am using the same charging which I got from HeadSet.

Hey please reply.. I have already posted that i am using charger provided by sony while purchasing the handset, and my Handset is just 6 months old..

The first thing you could try would be a software repair on the phone. This can be done via the PC Companion or Update Service.
