Good news...I hope :smileyhappy:. These better fix the wi-fi issues in ICS among other things. I wonder when will these be made available to the masses...

This explains all the delays on ICS and i was right when i advised few not to worry about upgrades to ICS as it seems to have bugs. I would again advise to hold back for few weeks

I got 6.0.B.3.188 back on the 18 Aug 2012 in Singapore, so I think PTCRB is a bit late to update their site.

So these have been "certified" which is apparently not the same as "released". I wonder if someone more experienced with the release process can share their guess on what is a reasonable expectation as far as general availability...
