The battery level is always the same, regardless of how charged my device is

Hey,

I have a problem with my xperia z5 Batterie. It always shows the same percentage (20%), even when its fully charged or completly empty it shows 20%. I tried to reset to factory settings and tried to repair it over sony pc companion. Nothing worked. I hope u can help me

I am sorry to hear that.

If your device indicates the battery percentage in some way, then you could try calibrating the battery. Does it show different colors in the lamp notification, for example red for a low battery percentage and green for high? In that case, charge your device fully and use it down to a low percentage > Turn off your device using the OFF-button next to the SIM > Charge it fully while it is turned off.
