Hi @AM100, sorry to hear this.

Have you been using this SD card in this phone, or another device, previously? Or is this a brand new SD card?

Could you elaborate on what starting to happen with your phone after you inserted the SD card?

It is a brand new Micro sd card.

And from some reason when I put it to the device it show me that i do have enough memory space.

I also transfered some aplications for the device memory to the sd card memory, but when I tried to use/enter a specific app (for instance: Facebook) I got a message  that the app is on the memory card and I cannot access it.

Another thing is when I tried to download more applications, I saw a message that there isn't enough memory space  (even though I bought 64 GB for micro SD card).

@AM100 Do you have another device (phone/pc) that you could test the SD card in? The SD card is not taken into account when the phone calculates available memory, only the internal storage. Because all apps are downloaded to the internal storage this is where the phone checks available memory, not the SD card.

@Jdub I'm sorry to hear that. If you have tested with several different SD cards without success I suggest that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
