System update - same update twice?

Hi. I have installed 32.0.A.6.200 firmware on my Xperia Z5 Compact for 3-4 weeks (since I bought it) but today update centre offerwme the same update (32.0.A.6.200) with 28,9 MB of size. Why the same build number? What is the changelog?

Not sure, but I'm guessing that it's preparation for Android 6.0 Marshmallow update. Due any day now, at least in Europe.

I had the same.
Just installed it to see if there is any 'hidden' stuff, but I haven't found anything yet:-)

With my last installation of 32.0.A.6.200 I had som issues with some of the software going back to default setting, this is not the case now, so yes it might be that Sony is testing something before the big launch....

There's no official statements from Sony about this small update, I received it too a couple of hours ago. And yes it can be a preparation update for Android 6 by updating some core apps for better compatibility when Marshmallow lands. On a side note, I got a splash welcome screen for Google Play Sore after update, and a new entertainment tab was added.

@Quester
Google Play Store has been updated by Google too, that could be reason... http://www.androidpolice.com/2016/02/09/play-store-v6-2-adds-recommendations-from-our-itineraries-in...

@mrnino Play Store updates have nothing to do with Sony updates

I know, I was just reacting on Quester post, he wrote: "I got a splash welcome screen for Google Play Sore after update, and a new entertainment tab was added."

In Norway with Telenor carrier, I got a new Function under Mobile Network to enable VoLTE when available.

Not seen any other changes.
