Wifi disconnected when connected to HDMI

Hi everyone, 

I have a z3 tablet compact 4g (sgp621) and I just bought a mhl adaptater to connect my tablet on my TV with an hdmi cable. Unfortunately when I connect it my tablet  can't find any wifi network and they come back as soon as I unplug it. I don't think the problem come from the adaptater because it works well with my HTC one M7. 

Does someone had this problem before?

Hi @Gautier,

Are you using the MHL to HDMI adapter IM750 or are you using a third party adapter?

If you are using a third party adapter I'd suggest that you try using the IM750 instead, if possible, or that you try to connect your tablet without an adapter to a TV that supports MHL natively to see if the same thing happens with Wi-Fi then or not.
