Speaker too low when playing music

I just got my Experia Z2 and ive noticed the volume is too low for stereo speakers. Could it be one of them gave out. Ive read that one speaker deactivates when receiving calls or notifications. Is my speaker stuck on Mono or could it be that speaker is just damaged?

Are you using the preloaded Music app?

could you test it?

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test speakers

I have no idea. All I know is im using Walkman to play my music. Is there a way to test?
