Speaker and bluetooth turns on automatically every 30 minutes
Hi all,
I have been using Xperia M single sim C1904 for the past 18 months or so. It has the latest / final 4.3 Jellybean update from Sony. The speaker and bluetooth turns itself on automatically when you have been talking for half an hour. Yesterday when I was on the phone for an hour, the speaker and bluetooth turned itself on automatically after 30 minutes and again after 60 min. I searched this forum for any similar issues but could not find it. Please help. Thanks.
Are you able to advise when this started to occur, have you downloaded or done anything different and since has the device started performing like this?
No. I have not installed any app. I normally don't talk on the phone for more than 10 minutes per call. So I don't know since when this problem started. All the apps have been from PlayStore.
Are you by chance able to boot the device in to safemode when you know you will be on a long call, and let us know if the device continues to perform this way?
I am not sure when there will be a long call. Also I am not that much into probing / debugging of phones physically as well as technologically using other software. I think if someone else can identify and replicate this problem, we may arrive at a solution.
