SP won't update

My xperia SP won't update either OTA or through pc companio/update center, how do I update it?

May i know what's the matter to my phone or the problem from Sony? 

How come my build number was still 12.0.A.1.211? 

And i did not receive any update. I have done everything but then it still noted there your phone is up to date by this initial build number. What the **bleep** has happen man?

1st of all watch your language 

2nd just like any other update you have 2 options, either wait or manually update your phone
