SP won't update

My xperia SP won't update either OTA or through pc companio/update center, how do I update it?

Just like any other update you have to wait for the update to be approved and released in your country and/or by your carrier/network

Is or was your phone locked to a carrier/network branded? if it was/is contact them as its up to them to approve and release the update

if not then contact Sony directly

I have done so and they say it's because it's a gradual, global rollout, whatever that means.

1. wait 

or

2. manually update your phone
