Note! For some models you will be prompted to do a backup prior to the update and then restore.
3. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
4. Phone Software Update.

What if you connect your phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2 or 3 hours
Thanks
Pressing volume up and power button dosent do anthing but I'll leave it to charge for 3hrs.
If that doesn't help, go ahead with the instructions supplied above.

Thanks
But xperia sp will only connected to pc companion for a few seconds. So I don't have enough time to repair phone/update
The repair is done with he phone turned off. There is no need to worry that PC Companion does not see the device.
The phone light goes green but turns red after 1 minute so it doesnt have enough time to finish the repair
Did you try going through the process or are you still worried that you cant do it based on the LED flashing?
