Recently ive had my phone in charge while i was at school (because i have 2 z3') so yeah i normally plugged in my z3 and took the other 1 to school for 7 hours. After i came back i unplugged it. So it was about a month now of doing that and the battery level (battery percent) is acting weird. What's actually going on is that when i unplug it from 7 hours charging and it says 100% when i boot my device (because when i plug it to charge i always turn it off) it says 92% or something around this. However when i restart it, it says 97-98 but not only then. When i use my device it drains the battery really fast no matter how much power saving modes are activated then when i restart it , the battery level goes up by 5-20 persent!
Is it because i was charging it for to long after it hited the 100%?
I want to do a software repair but i want to do a backup. I havent found a solution for my problem after playing with settings and searching the Internet.
The only way to find out if it's a hardware or software issue is if you repair the phone with PCC > if you experience the same it could be a hardware issue.
