A few days ago my sound just stopped working. This is everything, no music when alarm goes off, no sound when playing music (but plays through headphones) no one can hear me when I make and receive calls either.
I have tried...
System update.
Set back to factory settings.
Checked all volumes.
Force restart.
Even recorded my voice on a voice record app but can't hear it back.
Unplugged headphones whilst playing music.
All have not done anything. Can anyone help please?
