UK model SGP111 wi-fi

So, according to this page KitKat is out;

I plugged my tablet into PC Companion yesterday and it said an update was available, I thought it was KitKat. I went through the process but I'm still on 10.4.1.B.0.109 (4.3), nothing changed as far as I can tell.

I tried it today and it said that my system is up-to-date.

Ideally, after the mess that was the original 4.3 I'd like to hear of others experience of it first.

Has anyone got KitKat yet on their Tablet Z?

No man.. I've a SGP321 and it didn't get the 4.4 update, although the website shows it has been rolled out.

I have a Xperia Z phone and a tablet xperia Z 32 go wifi (SGP312) and i haven't any updates from Sony since 4.2.2 (build 10.3.C0.1.36). I'm living in France. When did Sony make to roll updates here???!

Did you try to update using PC companion? I know 4.3 wasn't an OTA update, I'm not sure if 4.4 is going to be.

Yes. I tried with Companion unsucessfully.

I found a 10.4.1.B.0.109 ftt of SGP312 and i m thinking to flash tablet ...?!

LOL...yeah, I'll believe an update is available when I see it. My direct from Sony Wi-Fi version is STILL on 4.2.2... What a joke. I've tried every method of updating to no avail. I can't even flash an update... It won't let me. I should have went with a Samsung.... At least they get support.

I don't know where it's available yet, it hasn't been rolled out for UK customers yet either.

Feedback so far from people that have updated their Xperia phones doesn't sound promising. After the mess that the original 4.3 update made I think it's worth waiting to see what feedback is like first from Tablet Z users that have updated.

I'm expecting a lot of bugs...... and there was me thinking that Sony were one of the big-hitters in the market.
