Sony Xperia Tipo single sim: restarting problem

I bought this phone 45 days back , one day it suddenly got off and after that its not restarting .

I went to the service centre ,after 2 days they are saying for replacing the motherboard, and it will take then 1 week to do the same.

I dont get whats the problem with SONY handsets , even I didnt get the reply of my previous post.

This is Very Disappointing service from Sony.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. However in this case I am unsure what response you are requesting as it appears the repair agent has located the cause of the problem and are taking appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
