I work in a store that sells the Xperia T. Unfortunately someone put a PIN on one of our demo units. I was wondering if anyone know how to perform a hard reset on the phone? I can't seem to find any answers on Google...

Try performing a software re install on the devices, this can be done using the Update Service.
