Dear Sony,
I am writing a fresh complaint regarding ticket id : 16060402774/4.6.16 , job # w116060402774/6.6.16 prev job # B1W116053001881/31.5.16 AND MANY OTHERS TICKET ID'S.
June 2015 - I bought Sony xperia M 4 aqua from Megnet Tele links, Vile Parle, Mumbai.
July 2015 to March 2016 : I faced various different kinds of problems like poor Camera quality, Hanging, Networking, etc i kept this mobile to sony service center and it used to get repair every time for different problems.
April/May 2016 : again I faced a problem of Touch stopped working completely and i submitted the same to your service center through Megnet TeleLinks
April/May 2016 - when it was repaired for touchscreen, I instantly observed its Sensor was not working and I had no choice but to resubmit to your service center again through Magnet Telelinks.
May 2016 : I wrote a mail to Sony mentioning that the mobile has a serious technical and manufacturing deffect and requested for refund of my money as it had caused me enough embarrassment and agony.
May to Jul16 : Sony did not take any step and kept ignoring / postponing its resolution till July 2016 in the name of approval pending from Head office, or seniors or superiors etc. I was once or twice also told to resubmit the mobile so that this problem can be sorted out but all in vain.. executives who call had no information / knowledge / authority to handle / manage the situation keep the solution aside.
August 2016 : Sony Mobile finally decided that they will not solve my issue and make me suffer with their FAULTY MOBILE / MOBILE WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECT and asked me to COLLECT THAT FAULTY MOBILE which was SERVICED 7TH OR 8TH TIME.
I again request you to resolve my query and REFUND my money as no one can can not afford to ignore hard earned money for a FAULTY MOBILE.
I reserve the right to claim my compensation for extreme harassment that SONY has Caused me all these months through Indian judicial system / court of law.
