Z5 Compact Screen rotation problem

Although the screen rotates when the device is rotated, the screen does not rotate and the camera images are reversed.

Sorry to hear this, however just to advise, the front facing camera(Selfie Camera as it is called) will always be in reverse as it is like a mirror. This has been the case with all our devices for many years.

In regards to the orientation, the only icons that will only ever change orientation, are the icons at the top when held normally and on the left when held horizontally.

How I hold the phone does not turn on the screen. When I hold the camera on the side, it is still reversing.

Are you using the front facing camera and rotating horizontally? If you are then the image will still be like a mirror, you need to use the back camera if you wish the picture to not have a mirror effect.

Can you please supply a screenshot of the Camera interface?
