I have purchased mobile on 17/02/2015 however since last week am not able to start the mobile please let me know the further course of action.

Try this: Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2-3 hours > after 2-3 hours > repair the phone with PCC
