I just bought my phone 3 months ago, now im dissapointed!!!!
Here's what happened
Yesterday I downloaded the OS 5.1 Update then Updated it, it says that the update will run for 45 min(i dont know if its internet dependent) so i just went on and continue updating it
When I updated my phone, after 20 Min, the loading bar stopped so i just waited for it for 1 hour.
After 1 hour the loading bar is still the same, so i tried to turn it off but the button is not responding, so i waited again for 1 more hour but the loading bar is still the same, so i tried to turn it on again but the power button is not responding. So I force turn off it using the small button near the sim card.
NOW I CANT EVEN TURN IT ON. I Tried charging it for 2 hours then try turning it on. it still does not on, then i tried resetting the phone by pressing the off button near the sim card for 2 minutes, then tried to turn it on again, still, it does not turn on.
i also tried using PCC but it does not detect my phone
until now i still cant turn on my phone please help me
I'm sorry to hear that, you might have to contact your Local support
were you charging the phone with a wall charger or computer?
wall charger
red LED light coming while charging phone ?
Hi @s4int4ng3r,
I'm afraid that it seems like you have tried most of what you can try on your own at this point. If your device shows no signs of life even after charging it for a couple of hours, and if you have tried a software repair using PC Companion as well, then you should get in touch with your Local support team for more information on how to get your device sent to one of our authorised service centers.
yes! red light still turning on
OK Charge your phone for 3hrs and then check .. looks like (might be) your motherboard is ok if your getting red light.
are you famillier with flashtool?
@s4int4ng3r If you are still unable to perform the software repair even after charging the phone for a couple of hours then you should get in touch with your Local support team for information on how to proceed with getting the phone examined further/repaired.
@Przemoprzemo I'm sorry to hear that. For a repair to be possible and for the warranty to be valid the specific model needs to have been released in the country in question. I agree that you would do best in reaching out to your retailer in this case.
