Why can't my Xperia Z3 text or call one specific number (iPhone)?

I have a Sony Xperia Z3 on the T-Mobile network and as of two months ago now, I have been unable to call or text my girlfriend.
She has an iPhone 5 also on the T-Mobile network.
When the problem began, we had been texting for half of the day and she suddenly stopped receiving my texts.
Now the texts show as delivered on my end, but she never gets them and when I try calling it goes straight to voice-mail. She can receive texts and calls from everyone else, while I can also text and call anyone besides her. We went through both our phones and I'm most definitely not on her blocked list. Tried restarting and re-adding each others numbers but nothing happens. It's been two months and I'm about to lose my mind. Could anyone help me fix this or explain what's happening. I would truly appreciate your help,
Thanks!

Would it be possible for you to try this with another SIM-card and subscription in your phone? It does sound like your number is being blocked by her phone.

I haven't tried another sim, bur i have called her from other numbers and it goes through. I wouldn't want to change my number as i have had it for 10 years now. Is there anyway she could unblock my number if she somehow did it by mistake? We did go through the phone and I'm not on the blocked list. Maybe it's a phone setting that'll block the number you communicate the most with? Lol this is so nerve-wracking

If your operator allows it, you could also try calling her with a hidden number. To do that, go to Settings -> Call -> Additional settings -> Caller ID -> Hide number. Then try calling her and see if you can reach her.

If that doesn't work/help, would it be possible for you to borrow another SIM to test with or try your SIM in another phone?

If it's her phone that's blocking your number i'm afraid i don't know how to change that as i'm not that familiar with iOS. I found this article on Apples website though in case it helps: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201229
