You just got 53€ from me to repair my phone which was not needed.

The internal speaker did not worked and nothing else..i don't care about the look of the phone I just want to repair your failure and not the outside scratches!

I guess next time I will choose apple. At least the support is good!

Did you contact Xperia care about the price or the reason for the price?

Indeed. I wrote several emails back and forth with no result. In the end I became more or less the same answers from different people. Nobody cares about the problem so in the end you as a customer are the drunken monkey.

The charge 15€ for shipping, are they crazy?

You don't order a pizza for 10€ and at the door you you have to pay 15€ for shipping.

So you asked why and the postman says :ohh I have to pay the pizzaman as well...

I don't have an answer but if this was a warranty repair then I'm sure under EU law, you as the customer should not be out of pocket or made or asked to pay for repairs or courier costs

Sorry to hear about your phone.

I checked the conversation you had with your local support team and from what i can understand (had to use Google translate) they have explained to you that since the glass on your phone was cracked (which is not covered by warranty) they had to replace the glass as they can't put that back again after removing it and they also need to guarantee that the phone is still waterproof after the repair. The speaker was fixed on warranty but you needed to pay for the new glass on the back.

I don't care how Sony repair the phone. I had this issue with the internal speaker which is under warranty and if Sony create phones which cannot be opened with screws or something like that is it the problem from Sony and not mine.

For my opinion Sony use all the time a new glass after opening due to glue residuals on the glad after opening.. In my case they saw ohhh we can get some money back and they charged 40€ for it.

And the next point, why do I have to pay the shipping..? This should be covered at least!!!!!!!
