smartphone crashes restarts at the same image

Hello,

I experience the following problem with my smart phone.

When it starts after a while I get error messages about apllications and processes crashing ex.wi fi  does not respond,androis processes does not respond etc.

Whatever I do even erasing files (pictures ,videos) uninstall applications, whenever the phone restarts these files that have been deleted or applications that have been uninstalled appear again! And everything that has been added before the restart(ex if I take new pictures) is lost!

I have also tried to perform firmware update via the PC Companion or  Sony Update service but when I reach step 5 hold volume down and plu the micro Usb nothing happens!

try this

delete everything from your internal storage

settings > storage

make sure to backup anything that you don't want to lose (to your PC)

are you certain that you are pressing the volume key BEFORE you connect the usb cable?

which OS do you have on your PC?

Hello,

I did the steps to delete everything from the internal storage and nothing happened.The process started but nothing was deleted.

For the volume down key I repeated the steps many times....and still does not work

I use windows 7

I noticed that the current free space is 20,33MB only. Eavn if i delete files after a while phone crashes and when restarting all files are still there.

settings > storage > clear internal storage > this should delete all the files from your phone, if you still have pictures, videos, etc, most likely they are on your SD card not the internal storage.

post some screenshots of (settings > storage )

SUS doesn't give you an option to do a factory reset?

I did this step and nothing happens.The files are still there.
