Hi,
Hoping someone can help.... I got my smartband yesterday and was really pumped for the vibrating smart alarm feature. I have gone into the smart connect app, then to smartband and have turned on smart wake up with a time of 06:30-07:00.
When i went to bed i put the smartband into night mode, however this morning i did not recieve any vibrating alarm to wake me up.... i was woken up by my normal alarm which i had said to 5 past 7 just in case.
have i missed something that i should of done to get this feature to work?

What amazed me is that Sony turns a blind eye to the bug! This bug has been reported for more than 3 weeks and there has been at least an update of the app on 23 May.
Could be that Saturday morning is considered to be the conclusion of Friday night?
Therefore, set Monday morning alarm as the conclusion of Sunday night's sleeping? Not exactly intuitive but fits in with the start and end of the SmartBand's night-time functionality. Just a thought 
Ugh. Is this the reason why it always tracks my Sunday sleep up to 0700hrs only?
Alarm is turned off on weekends but Sunday sleep always has data logged till 0700hrs only.
I have the problem - the alarm didn't work, though I had only one night with it. The other problem is that the band doesn't seem to switch between day and night modes automatically. Any advice from you guys? What should be done for the alarm to work?
Suddely the alarm woke me up today)) unexpected indeed, I'm satisfied though. BUT now there's smth with steps counting - it hasn't been showen on LifeLog for a day. This is really upsetting( I'm not sure if the results will be updated later...
Dear SONY, please fix these bugs with the Smartband! It's really nice to use, but it doesn't work properly!!!
Does anybody know if the usual alarm works also if you are not using a xperia phone? I have a nexus 5. Smart alarm works, but usual alarm does not .The phone's alarm goes off, but the smarband does not vibrate.
