Appreciate you help.
Just purchased the C5 last week, compared to my previous HTC Butterfly S, the browsing speed when I try using Chrome and Opera is a lot slower. Battery drains at least 20% from 100% within an hour. I have not loaded many apps. Your advise please.

charge the phone 100% use it as you normally would then once the battery reaches 10%
settings > power management > battery > take screenshots of:
1. the list
2. tap on the graph and take a screenshot
3. back > tap on the top 4 items on the list > take a screenshot of each
post them all here or upload the screenshots to box or dropbox or google drive or etc and post the link

As you can see your network coverage its really bad, the screen its on quite often, and the phone was on too, which means that you have background apps running, keeping your phone awake every now and then.
What I would do if I had those issues is, backup my phone and then repair it with PCC
software repair using PC Companion guide

Many thanks, I have sent the phone to the service centre. Not sure if it is a software or hardware issue.Its only 1 week old!
Hi,
Its extremely frustrating, just got back my phone from the service centre, the phone still hangs when I try to delete messages!
I went down to the service centre again today, they did another reset.
I transferred the messages again, it hangs again.
Could I return the phone and get a refund?
