Slow web browsing and battery problem

Hi,

Appreciate you help.

Just purchased the C5 last week, compared to my previous HTC Butterfly S, the browsing speed when I try using Chrome and Opera is a lot slower.  Battery drains at least 20% from 100% within an hour.  I have not loaded many apps.  Your advise please.

I can't answer that question, only your Local support can tell you, how many messages are you transferring, keep in mind that the more texts and call logs that you store on your phone the slower it will get.

I actually deleted a number of messages and transferred the messages. Still hangs..Wife has a same model and she has no problems.

Something that you are transferring its creating this issue.

I used the Xperia Transfer Tool to transfer only the SMS messages from my HTC Butterfly S phone...so am not sure what causes it to hang...am tired of going down the service centre a third time

repair the phone once more with PCC and this time don't transfer anything, also, before you do so, sync all your texts with Google so you won't lose them and there wont be any need for you to sync them again

Thanks again for the suggestions...I don't have problem viewing the messages, only problem is phone hangs when I try to delete any messages.  A software problem I believe?  Waiting for the your local centre to help...so far no news.

Gave up using the default SMS app..downloaded evolvesms and it works fine
