Screen problem with Z2

have a look for a hairline crack across the glass, that is excatly what my second Z2 was doing when the glass cracked. It was sat on the table, in its case, playing music when it started doing that crazy nonsence. when I looked closely it had cracked from one side to the other, all on its own. I'm on my 3rd Z2 now!

As I can't really see any cracks on the screen, you should try the software repair option first, using PC Companion..

Before repairing your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
