screen issue

I was using my phone earlier. I went out came back and the screen wont come back on im not sure why no one was in to touch it?

Have you tried a force shut down and restart and did the screen come back on?

Hold volume up and power for around 15 seconds or depending on phone depress the Red reset button or remove your battery

Ive taken the battery out many times.. there is no red reset button.

Also held the power on button with the volume up button for 15 seconds and still nothing

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Try holding down the Power Key and the Volume Up key for around 30 seconds, once this has been done put the handset on charge for around an hour.

Once the hour is up try turning the handset on.

Let us know how you get on.

I tried what you said but the screen still isnt working there's vibrations and the lights at the bottom come on but still nothing.. i really can't see how this has happened?

After you charge for 1 hour,do not turn on the phone.Repair with sony update service:
