I received a notification over the weekend that there was a software update for my phone. I have installed the update and now my phone will not work properly. I can call and text but nothing else is responding and it certainly will NOT access any online services. Has anyone else had this problem. My friend has the Z(?) waterproof version and she too has had the saftware upgrade and she too has the same problems as me
