I am trying to update my phone to ICS...can anyone tell me how much time it takes to update?

The update is stuck in Connect Screen...its more than 45 mins and it is still at the same screen.

using SUS....above is the screenshot...

do this

1. turn off your antivirus and firewall
2. run SUS
3. turn off your phone
4. press and hold volume down
5. while still holding the volume down connect the usb cable (do NOT release the button)
6. your phone's notification LED should turn green
