Mailbox connection issues

I use the XPU with three mailboxes.

- Exchange account

- POP account from my ISP

- IMAP account from GMX

Initially everything worked fine, except that Exchange calender entries needed some time (even days) to appear on the phone calendar.

Now from time to time the POP and the Exchange account (not at the same time) begin to have a connection error and not updating the e-Mails. The funny thing is, that I can send e-Mail through these accounts, for Exchange this appears in Outbox also on the PC.

I found no chance to get it back to work with some settings.

Deleting and recreating those accounts (with exactly the same settings) elps for 3-4 weeks until this error happens again.

Any ideas what's wrong or how to debug?

Which build number are you running on?

Is this independent of which connection you use? 3G or Wi-Fi?

Hi johan,

I'm using Build 6.0.B.3.184, the Problem is inependent if I used 3G or WiFi.

The problem started again this Monday when I bas connected to our company WiFi, I cannot remember if this was also the case the last times.

When I change Exchange inbox settings I get the message that there is a problem with administrative settings, but I have enabled everything.

Unfortunately I have no better suggestion other than to check if this is caused by the connection somehow by using any third party E-mail app from Google Play store. If you can't replicate this issue using any other E-mail application the problem is most likely not due to connection problems but with the default E-mail application. Let me know the results of this and I will forward it for investigation.
