Right touch button error.

I need some help.. I got my SE LWW on December, after a month of using it, there is this touch button problem. When I touch the right button from the home screen, the T9 virtual keyboard appears instead of add, wallpaper, theme, and setting. What should I do? What is it happening?

backup everything then repair your phone with Update Service, if its a software issue, it should be resolved

Make sure you backup everything

Settings -> privacy -> Back up my data and Automatic restore should be selected

How to install it

You need to

go to settings -> applications -> check unknown sources

download IO File Manager

download the backup & restore app, transfer it to your SD card, use OI file manager to find it -> tap on it -> install it

Contacts

just to play it safe sync your contacts w/ google if you haven't already

open your phonebook

press MENU button -> tap on Send Contacts -> select all -> send it to your email

on your computer

-> download the file -> go to your gmail -> click on contacts -> click on more actions -> on the drop down menu click on "import" -> choose the file -> and click import

Apps

Don't worry so much about backing up your apps

on your computer go to

market.android.com -> log in -> click on My Library -> and send all your apps to your phone

SMS/MMS

if you don't want to use the backup & restore app then

Install "backup SMS" to back up your SMS and MMS to your Gmail

An easier way to install the Backup & Restore app

download the apk on your computer, send it to yourself through email, make sure you send it to your Gmail

now on your phone

go to settings -> applications -> check unknown sources

wait for the email, once  you get the email, open it, and instead of downloading the attachment it will allow you to install it, voila, done

Try to repair the software even though you already have the latest one.

- Remove any protective film/case you might have on the phone. If attached wrong, it might cause issues like this.

- When charging the phone, the touch sensibility can appear strange and less accurate.
