Hi

     i have e16i,but now my phone is in safe mode how to over come this pls help me

Hi, did you try rebooting phone?

Try turning the handset off, removing the battery for 30 seconds and then hold only the power button when turning the handset on make sure your hand is not touching anything but the power button.

also try to turn off the phone, turn it back on while holding the volume key (in other words, repeat the process to get in safemode)

Last alternative would be to perform a software reinstallation on the device. Try using this software to perform this task.

I agree that reflashing software will correct your problem. Just be aware that the process will erase phone data completely, make sure you preform a backup.
