I would suggest that you try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:

If the behavior still persists in safe mode, you can try with another/a new SIM card.
You can also reinstall/repair the phone software using PC Companion:
http://www.sonymobile.com/update
In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone/tablet".
Did you try to start the phone in safe mode? Did you try to repair the phone software?
Repair and reinstall is the same thing, just to different names for it.
yes i repaired the phone software and problem is not fixed. there is latest update in my phone.:smileyztele:

You could also try to remove the SD card from the phone and even try the phone without or with another SIM card.
